CANCELLATION POLICY

Reschedules must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will require you to forfeit your initial deposit. No exceptions. Reschedules are allowed once. Please text to reschedule 559-809-1127. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations or no-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit for a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure in booking the correct service may result in a loss of deposit and cancellation of the appointment. Changes to the design of your tattoo is not allowed. Placement of tattoo can be changed, but may be subject to increase in price. So be sure of what you want before booking. If any of the mentioned below apply, you are not a candidate for tattoos: - Anyone under the age of 18, even with Parental Consent. - Allergic to lidocaine. -Diabetic. - Pregnant or breastfeeding. - Anyone with tumors, growths, or cysts. - Anyone with viral infections or diseases. - Anyone with serious heart or skin conditions. - Allergic to pigmentation or makeup. - Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy. If you are, you must get a clearance note from your doctor. - Anyone who has had a chemical peel within 3 weeks. - Anyone who has used Accutane or Retin-A within 1 year. - Anyone who has had an allergic reaction to topical anesthetics. - Anyone with transmittable blood diseases, for example, Hepatitis or HIV. Those with a medical case must bring in a doctor's clearance note. Children and guests are not allowed at your appointment as it will be a distraction for the artist.
